Shipping & Returns Policy

📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $50.

Order Notifications
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update.

Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “Delivered.” If you encounter a delivery issue, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we accept returns on unopened and unused items only, within 14 days of delivery.

To Be Eligible for a Return:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

To initiate a return, email us at returns@lourdescardososkinspa.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping address.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used skincare products
Gift cards
Items marked “final sale”
Services or bookings (see booking provider’s terms)

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@lourdescardososkinspa.com with photos of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or offer a refund once the issue is verified.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
